Online Remote Support

AnyDesk and TeamViewer allow HCD to connect to any PC around the world within a few seconds via the internet. HCD can remotely control your PC as if we were sitting right in front of it. This enables HCD to provide clients with off-site installation, training and technical support services.

You can opt to install the AnyDesk or Teamviewer client directly from their associated websites. Alternatively, you can use TeamViewer QuickSupport, which consists of a simple and small customer module that runs immediately without installation and does not require administrative rights.


 

 


How to Start Quick Support

  • Click the one of the “HCD Quick Support” buttons.
  • Save TeamViewer or AnyDesk to your Desktop.
  • Double click the installation file to launch.
  • Provide HCD with the ID and/or Password.
